VISR approached us to help them improve their signup and onboarding experience to increase conversion and retention of new users.
We took the time to analyse their current approach to better understand commercial, technical, design, and user considerations they had made.
Interviewing both current and target users, studying APIs, and demographic behaviors, we broke down the product into detailed workflows. This allowed us to create new workflows to provide a more cohesive and inutitive user experience.
We wireframed, designed, and prototyped the new experience including the user's first run. The project included copy writing, iPad and iPhone formats, style guide, and pattern library so could continue consistent design work beyond the project.
The design approach, product strategy, and prototypes were well received by VISR's team and the work was subsequently implemented into their roadmap.
