Jaguar Land Rover approached our company to re-imagine the in-store pre-owned vehicle search experience from a salesperson's perspective.
Our team had worked in dealership environments, so we drew from experience and sought out JLR sales teams to map their workflows.
We knew that technical ability varied greatly in the sales teams, so we aimed to create an interactive experience that didn't get between the customer or salesperson.
