In 2008, dealerships were paying $50k+ per month for unattended web leads. We designed a tool using mobile video to increase engagement.

Our team had previously worked in dealership environments, so we went back to the showroom to speak with sales teams about their workflows.

We worked closely with 15 sales professionals, their management, and 10 of their customers to build an MVP with constant iteration.


Increased closing ratios from 3% to 70%+, increased vehicle profit, and overall customer sales satisfaction.

Our product also gave dealers new reach to out-of-town customers, with some purchasing within 4 hours because of our product!
