About

One week design sprint to re-invent a curated mobile shopping experience for their fashion-forward customers.

We started with the Bloomingdales's stakeholders to discuss their goals before taking to the streets and app-stores to understand their customers.

We even read fashion magazines, pored through app-reviews, and sat in the store to pick up real world workflows and behaviors.


Results

The product design strategy and prototype was well received by the Bloomingdales's stakeholders and we were subsequently engaged into the next stage of the project.
